We use the data we collect to:

- Facilitate firm collaboration.
- Process payments (via Intasend).
- Provide customer support.
- Analyze and improve our platform's performance and usability.
- Send important service-related and product update communications.

- All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Uploaded documents are encrypted and securely stored.
- Our team cannot access the content of your firm's data. Only authorized users and firm members can.
- We do not store technical device data ourselves, but Google Analytics may.
- Secure backups are maintained to prevent data loss.

We may share limited necessary data with the following third parties:
- Intasend (Payment Processing)
- Google Analytics (Website Usage Analytics)
- AWS SES (Transactional Email Delivery)
- Feedbackchimp (User Feedback Collection)
- Our Hosting Provider (Secure VPS Hosting)
These third parties are required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes specified by us.

Currently, JuriBase targets users in Kenya and across Africa. We do not knowingly offer services to users in the EU or California, and our policies are not intended to comply with GDPR or CCPA regulations at this time.

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via email. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
